Pat is an international hotelier with a career that's taken her to assignments in twelve countries, serving in executive positions in Housekeeping, Rooms Management, and Training and Performance Consulting. She is a senior lecturer at Kapi'olani Community College and is a charter faculty lecturer at the Hawai'i International Hotel Institute, School of Travel Industry Management and at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa. Pat also runs her own hospitality and performance consulting firm, Pat Kramm & Associates.
