Jeffrey's career in hospitality began in 1995 working for an independent pizza restaurant in the suburbs of Chicago as a dishwasher and cook.  His career began to grow when relocating to Las Vegas and working for Treasure Island Resort and Casino in 1999, initially joining as a Fountain Worker and rising to property Beverage Manager.  Throughout his career, Jeffrey has had the pleasure of working for top notch hospitality operators Wynn Resorts as part of the property opening team for Wynn Las Vegas and Wynn Macau and MGM Resorts in multiple leadership positions, ultimately as Vice President of Food and Beverage.  Jeffrey joined Hilton Worldwide in 2016 serving as Regional Director of Food and Beverage for some of the companies largest and most important resorts in Hawaii while responsible for the day to day operations of Hilton Hawaiian Village, the largest resort in the enterprise.  Most recently, Jeffrey serves as Hotel Manager for Hilton Hawaiian Village, responsible for the overall operations of the resort, insuring a top notch guest experience for our Hawaii visitors.

 

Jeffrey attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management, Masters in Hospitality Administration and Doctorate in Philosophy in Hotel Administration.  Jeffrey devotes his academic research pursuits to Food and Beverage operations and Organizational Behavior approaches, specializing in menu pricing strategies and organizational socialization.  Jeffrey has been an lecturer since 2010 for the University of Nevada Las Vegas, University of Hawaii at Manoa and Kapiolani Community College, teaching Food and Beverage and leadership courses.
